Incorrect or transit-damaged orders
If the product delivered is incorrect or appears damaged in transit, contact us promptly with your order reference and clear supporting images so the situation can be reviewed.
Cancellations
Contact us as quickly as possible. An order may not be cancellable after it has been handed to the courier.
